PROJECT STATUS: ONE OCEAN AND BLOSSOM CONDOMINIUMS
CEPSTAR7 Developers signs contract with Italian- Nigerian construction company Cappa & D’Alberto Ltd to commence development of One Ocean and Blossom Condominiums at Okunde Blue Waters. Cappa & D’Alberto is an experienced company with over 90 years of project development and 25 years of facility maintenance in Nigeria. The agreement was signed by the company executives of both parties at The George Hotel on the 4th of September 2020 with key members of their organizations all present.
